We are happy to serve flower arrangements and gifts to all in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. We deliver within Edmonton, Devon, Morinville, Nisku, Leduc, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County and any place in between!

You can order flower arrangements online 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Order Online by 2:00 pm and have the Same Day Delivery. For same-day and last-minute deliveries, please give us a call at 780-475-3545, toll-free at 1-855-475-3545 or email at info@arumlily.ca. If you don't see anything you love on our website, give us a call and we'll be more than happy to help.

REFUNDS - No refunds. Store credit (non-expiring) or arrangement exchange only. (Certain exceptions may apply in extreme cases)

48 HOUR GUARANTEE - We will gladly exchange any arrangement that does not last for 48 hours, pending flowers have not been left in direct sunlight, near a heat register or drafty area. Arrangements not watered on a daily basis will not be honored within this guarantee. Arrangements that have clearly been destroyed by pets, children or undergone any other form of damage will not be honored within this guarantee.

The colour florals, flowers or containers are subject to change based on availability.

PETS - Arum Lily Flower Shop will not be held responsible for any liabilities pertaining to a pet’s sickness or death relating to flower arrangements or flower bouquets. As some flowers can be extremely toxic to animals, we advise customers to research this information and instruct us accordingly. Arum Lily Flower Shop will not be responsible or held for liable for any person, animal or child who consumes said flower arrangement and becomes ill or passes away.

DELIVERY - We will not be held responsible for flower arrangements left outside the recipients’ delivery address, whether in heat, rain, snow, wind etc. if we have been instructed by the customer to do the delivery in this manner. In cases where the recipient says they are available for delivery at a designated time and are not there when said time comes, we will leave the flowers at their doorstep and will not be responsible for the 48-hour guarantee.
